You will assist in developing Business and Functional Requirements Documents, contribute to AI reference architecture designs for supply chain environments, and craft compelling AI value and business cases.

Engage directly with clients by supporting workshops and discovery sessions, synthesizing stakeholder input, and preparing client-facing presentations and strategy decks. Apply Design Thinking principles to foster structured problem definition and solution ideation. Contribute to the team's knowledge base by maintaining and evolving frameworks, benchmarks, and industry case examples.

Develop a strong understanding of enterprise data concepts, including data products, data pipelines, and agentic AI hierarchies, as they relate to supply chain systems. Support data analysis to extract actionable insights from supply chain datasets. Explore and apply prompt engineering and RAG techniques to build or improve AI tools for advisory workflows. A solid foundation of 1.5 to 4 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, business analysis, or a related field is required. Demonstrated functional knowledge in at least one supply chain domain is essential. Familiarity with core AI concepts, including Agentic AI fundamentals and AI use case identification, is expected.

You should have experience in developing structured business documents like process maps or requirements documents, either academically or professionally. A proven ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations is crucial. Experience utilizing AI tools in an academic or professional context is necessary.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are vital for explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences. A Master's degree (MBA) in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience with AI/ML coursework, certifications, or self-directed learning is advantageous. Exposure to consulting environments through internships or projects is a plus.
