In this role, you will utilize cutting-edge AI tools to support strategy and use case development across various supply chain domains, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Aftermarket, and Fulfillment. You'll help identify and prioritize AI opportunities, map current processes to AI-enhanced future states, and contribute to Business and Functional Requirements Documents. Designing AI reference architectures tailored for supply chains, showcasing agentic AI interactions with enterprise systems, will also be a key part of your work. Additionally, you'll craft compelling AI value propositions and business cases, articulating ROI and transformation timelines for AI initiatives.
You will also play a vital role in client engagement and advisory support. This includes facilitating client workshops and discovery sessions, preparing materials, capturing requirements, and synthesizing stakeholder input. You'll develop client-facing presentations, roadmaps, and strategy decks that demystify AI and data concepts for supply chain leaders. Applying Design Thinking principles to problem definition and solution ideation sessions will be crucial. Furthermore, you'll contribute to refining the team's knowledge base of supply chain AI frameworks, benchmarks, and industry examples.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, business analysis, or a related field, including coursework or co-op experience. A solid functional understanding of at least one key supply chain domain (e.g., Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics) is required. Familiarity with fundamental AI concepts, such as Agentic AI, use case identification, and AI reference architecture, is essential. Experience contributing to structured business documents like process maps or requirements specifications, either academically or professionally, is necessary.
We are looking for individuals who can effectively work with data to derive and present clear insights. Experience utilizing AI tools, including GenAI platforms and AI-assisted productivity tools, in an academic or professional setting is important. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to non-technical audiences, are paramount. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, coursework or certifications in AI/ML, and exposure to consulting environments. Familiarity with enterprise planning or ERP platforms and working knowledge of data visualization or analytics tools are also advantageous.
