Leverage AI tools in all project phases, including developing agents to enhance:
Supply Chain AI Strategy & Use Case Development: - Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Aftermarket, and Fulfillment. - Support the creation of Business and Functional Requirements Documents, integrating supply chain knowledge with client context. - Contribute to AI reference architecture designs for supply chain environments, showing AI component interactions with enterprise data and planning tools. - Assist in developing AI business cases that detail ROI, risks, and transformation timelines for supply chain AI initiatives.
Client Engagement & Advisory Support: - Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions by preparing materials, gathering requirements, and synthesizing input. - Develop client-ready presentations, roadmaps, and strategy decks, translating AI and data concepts into clear narratives. - Apply Design Thinking to guide problem definition and solution ideation with client teams.
Data & AI Foundations: - Build foundational knowledge in enterprise data concepts relevant to supply chain planning and execution. - Support data analysis to derive insights from supply chain datasets. - Explore prompt engineering and RAG techniques to enhance AI tools for advisory workflows. - Participate in continuous learning modules to foster applied innovation.
Required Qualifications: - 1.5-4 years of experience (including co-ops or coursework) in supply chain management, operations, business analysis, or a related field. - Proven functional understanding of at least one supply chain domain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Aftermarket, or Fulfillment/Logistics). - Familiarity with core AI concepts like Agentic AI, AI use case identification, and conceptual AI reference architecture. - Experience contributing to business documents like process maps or specifications (academic or professional). - Ability to synthesize data into clear, structured insights. - Experience using AI tools (e.g., GenAI platforms) in an academic or professional setting. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications: - MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. - Coursework, certifications, or self-study in AI, machine learning, or data platforms. - Exposure to consulting through internships or projects, with demonstrated problem-structuring and recommendation skills. - Familiarity with enterprise planning or ERP platforms. - Participation in supply chain case competitions, AI hackathons, or strategy projects. - Working knowledge of data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL) in a supply chain context. - Foundational understanding of Prompt Engineering or RAG techniques.
