Join NVIDIA as a Senior Verification Engineer and make a significant impact on the next generation of memory subsystem designs for cutting-edge GPUs and SOCs. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic, technology-driven company that shapes product lines from consumer graphics to autonomous vehicles and the rapidly growing field of artificial intelligence. You'll be part of a global team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and defining the future of computing.
NVIDIA's GPUs, initially designed for immersive gaming and visual effects, now power AI, deep learning, and the perception systems of robots and self-driving cars. We are recognized as a leader in AI computing, and this position is instrumental in that mission.
Take ownership of verifying ASIC designs, architectures, and micro-architectures for memory sub-systems. This involves understanding complex designs, defining comprehensive verification scopes, and developing robust verification infrastructure. You will create test plans, develop tests, and build verification environments for intricate IPs and sub-systems.
Key responsibilities include crafting reusable bus functional models, monitors, checkers, and scoreboards using coverage-driven verification methodologies. You will leverage advanced techniques such as SystemVerilog/UVM and drive functional coverage closure. Collaboration with architects, designers, and pre/post-silicon verification teams is essential to ensure design correctness.
We are looking for candidates with a B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent experience, possessing at least 2 years of relevant experience in verifying complex IPs, units, and sub-systems. A strong background in verification using random stimulus, coupled with functional coverage and assertion-based methodologies, is crucial.
Essential skills include expertise in Verilog and proficiency in SystemVerilog or similar High-Level Verification Languages (HVL) like UVM or VMM. Standout qualifications include experience with memory subsystem or network interconnect IP verification, exceptional debugging and analytical abilities, and sound scripting knowledge. Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player attitude are also highly valued.
