This pivotal role involves close collaboration with our founders, finance team, and investors. You will be instrumental in managing investor communications, preparing critical board and investor materials, and supporting fundraising initiatives. Ensuring our investors maintain a clear and consistent understanding of Emergent's business and growth trajectory is paramount. This is a dynamic, collaborative position requiring strong communication, financial insight, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to engage directly with senior leadership throughout the investor lifecycle.

Manage and nurture relationships with current and prospective investors. Prepare comprehensive investor updates, board presentations, quarterly reports, and other essential investor-facing documents. Collaborate with founders and leadership to gather business insights and articulate them into clear, compelling investor communications. Orchestrate investor meetings, calls, follow-ups, and maintain ongoing engagement. Provide critical support for fundraising activities, including investor research, pitch deck development, data room management, and due diligence processes. Monitor and report on key business, financial, and operational metrics. Maintain an accurate investor CRM, track communication logs, and manage relevant investor documentation. Assist in coordinating cap table management and investor-related information. Address investor inquiries promptly and efficiently, liaising with internal teams for timely and accurate responses. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and market research to enrich investor conversations. Ensure all investor communications are accurate, consistent, timely, and of the highest quality.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations or a closely related field is essential. Demonstrate strong financial and business acumen. Possess the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise communications. Be comfortable interacting directly with founders, investors, and senior leadership. Showcase proven experience in preparing board materials, investor updates, presentations, or financial analyses. Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
