Responsibilities

As an Investigations Manager, you will meticulously investigate allegations of business misconduct and policy violations, including fraud and corruption. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, utilizing advanced tools and data analysis to gather facts efficiently.

Key duties include leading or participating in interviews, prioritizing tasks effectively in a dynamic environment, and leveraging AI tools to enhance investigations. You will maintain detailed documentation within our case management system and prepare clear, concise reports for legal counsel.

Furthermore, you will identify actionable insights to improve processes, develop strategic business solutions, and mitigate risks, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our compliance framework. Professional certifications like CA or CFE are highly valued, as is experience in audit, finance, legal, HR, compliance, or law enforcement services.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you need at least 4 years of experience in Compliance, Finance, Data-Analytics, Investigations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A strong command of organizational, analytical, presentation, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills is essential.

This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, and maintain strict confidentiality. Fluency in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are mandatory. Flexibility to work across time zones and undertake international travel is also expected.

While a Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Law, or International Relations is preferred, combined with 8+ years of relevant experience, we also consider equivalent experience. Experience with data analysis, AI, and e-discovery tools, along with familiarity in channel distribution concepts, will be advantageous.
