A Master's degree in business administration or a related field is required, alongside 10+ years of experience, with a minimum of 7 years in management or business consulting. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly for presentations and dashboards, is essential. Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and extensive change management experience are crucial. Familiarity with design thinking frameworks and leveraging technology as enablers is expected. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are vital. Professional certifications such as PMP, Change Management, or Design Thinking are highly desirable.
