Join EY's Internal Transformation Services (ITS) team, a global group of seasoned consultants driving critical internal transformation programs. As an Assistant Director, you'll be instrumental in shaping EY's strategic ambitions by providing expert guidance in project management, change management, and design thinking.

This role is for a highly experienced Business Consultant who thrives on providing strategic counsel to executive leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead transformative projects, and champion innovation. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in project management methodologies, change management principles, and design thinking frameworks, complemented by outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving acumen.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with executive leadership to align with business objectives, managing senior stakeholder relationships up to CxO level, and conducting rapid landscape assessments to drive actionable insights.

You will bring diverse perspectives to transformations, leveraging market trends and innovative ideas for data-driven decisions. This involves conducting comprehensive analyses of organizational processes and systems, then providing strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps for project management, organizational change, and design thinking initiatives.

Lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality delivery. Develop and implement change management strategies, conduct impact analyses, and foster a strong change network for successful adoption. Apply design thinking principles to identify innovative solutions and contribute to developing consulting methodologies while mentoring junior consultants.

Eligibility for this role requires a Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field, coupled with over 10 years of experience, including at least 7 years in management or business consulting.

Proficiency in advanced MS Office Suite, especially for creating presentations and dashboards, is essential. Professional certifications such as PMP, Change Management, or Design Thinking are highly advantageous.

Candidates must possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and extensive knowledge of change management principles and models. Proficiency in design thinking frameworks and tools, along with experience leveraging technology as an enabler, is expected. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are critical.
