As a key member of the ITS team, you will provide strategic guidance and expert advice to Executive Leadership. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead transformative projects and foster organizational growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management, change management, and design thinking principles, coupled with exceptional leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Collaborate with Executive Leadership to align with business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, demonstrating strong leadership to guide teams towards success. Manage and engage senior stakeholders up to CxO, Partner, and Functional Head levels. Conduct rapid landscape assessments to provide insights for refining current states and bring diverse perspectives to transformations, including market trends and innovative ideas for data-driven decision-making.

Drive continuous improvement by developing innovative ideas and conducting comprehensive analyses of organizational processes and systems. Provide strategic recommendations and action plans to enhance business performance and transformation. Develop roadmaps for implementing project management, organizational change management, and design thinking initiatives. Lead complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria collaboratively. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders. Develop and implement change management strategies, including conducting Change Impact Analysis and Change Readiness assessments with actionable recommendations.

Build a strong change network, drive adoption, and manage stakeholders with a people-centric approach to achieve mindset shifts and cultural transformation. Monitor and evaluate change management effectiveness, making necessary adjustments. Apply design thinking principles to identify innovative solutions to complex business problems, conducting user research and defining user personas. Advocate for design thinking, fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation. Contribute to developing consulting methodologies and frameworks, while mentoring junior consultants.

This role requires a Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field, coupled with over 10 years of experience, including at least 7 years in management or business consulting. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly for creating engaging presentations and dashboards, is essential. Professional certifications such as PMP, Change Management, or Design Thinking are highly desirable.

Candidates must possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and their practical application. Extensive knowledge of change management principles, models, and hands-on experience leading change initiatives are crucial. Proficiency in design thinking frameworks and tools for solving complex business problems is also required. Awareness and experience in leveraging technology as an enabler, along with exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences, are expected.
