As a Business Consultant, you will offer expert advice and strategic guidance to executive leadership in areas such as project management, change management, and design thinking.

Collaborate with Executive Leadership to align with business objectives and challenges. Manage and engage senior stakeholder relationships up to CxO and Partner levels. Conduct rapid assessments to provide actionable insights and accelerate improvements.

Introduce innovative ideas and market trends to drive data-driven decision-making. Lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Develop and implement change management strategies, including impact analysis and readiness assessments.

Apply design thinking principles to uncover creative solutions for business problems. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the enhancement of consulting methodologies. Build strong change networks and drive adoption through a people-centric approach.

A Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required, alongside over 10 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in management or business consulting. Proficiency in advanced MS Suite applications for presentations and dashboards is essential.

A deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and extensive knowledge of change management principles and models are crucial. Experience with design thinking frameworks and tools is necessary to solve complex business challenges effectively.

Professional certifications like PMP, or in Change Management or Design Thinking, are highly desirable. Awareness and experience in leveraging technology as an enabler, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills, are expected.
