EY is seeking an Executive for its Statutory Audit division, focusing on operational, financial, and systems audits. This position is crucial for reviewing and enhancing organizational activities, systems, and controls.

Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving accounting and auditing issues in collaboration with the audit in-charge. You will conduct substantive testing according to the audit plan and meticulously document all work performed. Identifying opportunities for improving control systems and procedures is also essential.

Presenting clear audit reports with key recommendations to management and maintaining statutory books of accounts are vital tasks. This includes audit, reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable, and finalization of accounts. Assisting seniors in reviewing financial statements and preparing audit reports, management comment letters, and management representation letters is also expected.

A Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of experience is required for this role. Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards, along with prior experience in statutory audit assignments, is essential.
