As an Audit Executive, you will conduct operational, financial, process, and systems audits. Key responsibilities include identifying accounting and auditing issues, resolving them collaboratively with the audit in-charge, and documenting all work performed according to the audit plan. You will also identify areas for improvement in control systems and procedures, and present clear audit reports with key recommendations to management. Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts, reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable, and finalization of accounts are also integral parts of this role.

To excel in this role, a qualification as a Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of experience is essential. Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards, coupled with prior experience in statutory audit assignments, is required. You should possess the ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks effectively, and navigate ambiguity with clarity of thought and assertiveness. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a logical, readable, and concise style, are vital.
