As an Audit Executive, you will conduct comprehensive operational, financial, process, and systems audits to evaluate activities, systems, and controls. Key responsibilities include identifying accounting and auditing issues, collaborating with audit in-charge for resolution, and performing substantive testing as per the audit plan.

You will also identify opportunities for control system enhancements, present clear audit reports with key recommendations to management, and manage statutory books of accounts. This includes reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable, and finalization of accounts. Additionally, you will assist seniors in reviewing financial statements and preparing audit reports, management comment letters, and representation letters.

To excel in this role, a strong grasp of auditing and accounting standards is essential. Prior experience in statutory audit assignments is required.

Ideal candidates possess the ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks effectively, and navigate ambiguity. Strong verbal and written communication skills, clarity of thought, assertiveness, and effective presentation abilities are crucial. A proactive, results-oriented approach and a commitment to teamwork are highly valued.

To qualify, you must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of experience. Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills are also beneficial. Flexibility, adaptability, creativity, comfort interacting with senior executives, and strong leadership skills are important attributes.
