NTT DATA seeks a dynamic Integration Lead/Program Director to spearhead M&A integration initiatives. This senior consulting role demands comprehensive program leadership from planning through stabilization. You will represent the delivery organization in critical discussions, including QBRs, governance forums, and senior stakeholder meetings, driving successful business and technology integrations.

Lead end-to-end M&A integration programs, encompassing both business and technology workstreams. Establish and manage the program's operating model, governance structure, workstream alignment, and decision-making processes. You will actively participate in QBRs, steering committees, and executive reviews, translating integration strategy into actionable execution roadmaps.

Coordinate diverse stakeholders across business, technology, security, finance, and HR. Effectively resolve cross-workstream dependencies, scope challenges, resource conflicts, and delivery risks. Provide strategic recommendations on integration sequencing, operating model design, Day 1 readiness, and post-close optimization. Track program health, readiness metrics, benefits realization, and transition-to-operations outcomes, delivering clear executive-level reporting and status updates.

A minimum of 12 years of experience is required in program leadership, consulting, transformation, or M&A integration. Proven expertise in leading large-scale enterprise integration or separation programs is essential. You must have demonstrated experience engaging with executive governance forums, QBRs, and steering committees.

Solid understanding of Day 1 activities, Day 100 planning, TSA exit strategies, legal entity separation, and post-merger integration is crucial. The ability to lead cross-functional teams across business and technology domains, coupled with strong facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management, and issue-resolution skills, is expected. Relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, MSP, SAFe) and experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries are preferred.
