As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services, assisting clients in implementing effective solutions. Your role involves understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will lead discussions on transformation and the customer journey, ensuring functional and application designs align with business requirements. This position focuses on facilitating seamless integration across various systems.

You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).

Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.

Provide solutions to work-related problems and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements. Offer insights on integration strategies and develop/document integration processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a focus on ServiceNow.

Strong proficiency in ServiceNow is essential.

Develop a solid understanding of integration methodologies and best practices. Experience with API management and web services integration is crucial.

Familiarity with data mapping and transformation techniques is necessary. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively is also key. A full-time education of 15 years is a requirement for this role.
