Seeking an Integration Engineer to provide expert consultative services in business and system integration, helping clients implement effective solutions. This role involves translating client needs into robust business and technology strategies, driving discussions on transformation, customer journeys, and application designs. The primary goal is to ensure technology solutions accurately reflect business requirements, facilitating seamless integration and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements, contributing to the documentation of integration processes and best practices. This position also involves supporting junior team members and continuously monitoring integration performance to recommend optimizations.

- Drive independent performance and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions. - Provide solutions to work-related challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and analysis. - Assist in documenting integration processes and best practices. - Offer guidance and share expertise with junior team members. - Monitor integration performance and suggest improvements for system efficiency.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - Proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions using Workday tools. - Strong understanding of business process workflows and their relation to system integration. - Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. - Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration between technical and business stakeholders. - A 15-year full-time education is required.
