This position is ideal for a ServiceNow professional with significant experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases to ensure platform stability and high-quality releases. Collaborating closely with developers, administrators, and business analysts, you'll validate ServiceNow applications and workflows, utilizing AI-assisted tools and Cloud Runner capabilities where applicable.

- Design and develop automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF, creating reusable test steps and modular test suites. - Execute regression, functional, and integration testing within the ServiceNow environment, and maintain/update test cases as platform changes occur. - Collaborate with developers to ensure the testability of custom applications, identify defects, log issues, and track them to resolution. - Integrate ATF with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and validate upgrades/patches using ATF regression suites. - Ensure data integrity and workflow validation across modules (ITSM, HRSD, etc.), and utilize AI tools for generating and improving test cases. - Execute and manage automated test runs using ATF Cloud Runner, documenting test strategies, cases, and execution results.

- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience with ServiceNow is essential. - Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform are required. - Proficiency in scripting, specifically JavaScript within ServiceNow, is a key requirement. - A solid understanding of QA methodologies, the testing lifecycle, and test automation concepts and frameworks is necessary. - Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration testing, along with working knowledge of AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for test development. - Understanding of ATF Cloud Runner capabilities and knowledge of ServiceNow update sets and deployments are also expected.
