As an Integration Engineer, you will offer expert consultation on business and system integration, transforming client needs into effective technology solutions. You'll lead strategic discussions on transformation, the customer journey, and application design, ensuring technology aligns with business requirements. This role requires independent performance and becoming a subject matter expert.

Your responsibilities include active participation in team discussions, contributing to problem-solving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align integration strategies with project objectives. You will also help identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support junior team members with knowledge sharing and best practices.

Provide consultative business and system integration services. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, and functional/application designs. Ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Perform independently and become an SME. Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration strategies. Assist in identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies. Support junior team members by sharing knowledge.

Minimum 3 years of experience, specifically in Siemens Teamcenter. Strong understanding of system integration principles and methodologies. Proven ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience in managing and driving discussions related to customer journey and transformation. Familiarity with functional and application design concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills for complex integration challenges. A 15-year full-time education is required.
