Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless system and process integration, identifying potential project risks, and proposing mitigation strategies. You will also support junior team members by sharing knowledge and guidance on integration best practices.

A strong foundation in ServiceNow is essential for this role, alongside a comprehensive understanding of its related integration frameworks and middleware technologies.

We are looking for experience in designing and implementing APIs and web services for system integration, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges. Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and workflow automation within ServiceNow environments is also important. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, along with 15 years of full-time education.
