Engage collaboratively with clients at all organizational levels to build trust and confidence throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Identify project-specific data requirements, formulate data requests, and collaborate with clients to acquire and model data for analysis.

Conduct detailed quantitative analyses and clearly communicate findings and actionable recommendations.

Develop concise and compelling deliverable content tailored to each client's unique needs.

Maintain effective real-time and written communication channels with clients.

Perform advanced analytical tasks using tools such as Excel, SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau, presenting insights via PowerPoint or similar formats to senior leadership.

Cultivate and nurture strong, positive client relationships.

Ensure timely response and resolution of batch automation disruptions to meet customer SLAs with accurate, on-time results.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech) or Computer Applications (MCA) is required.

Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working with relational database tools like MSSQL and Oracle.

Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging ETL tools such as SSIS or Informatica for data transformations.

Previous experience with Supply Chain Planning Platforms like o9, BlueYonder/JDA/i2, Coupa/LLamasoft, or ToolsGroup is highly valued.

Preferred skills include scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell, alongside familiarity with cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is also advantageous.
