Join NTT DATA as an Integration Consultant in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-wide integrations across various systems including ERP, Digital Commerce, OMS, POS, and CRM. You'll leverage APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, EDI/B2B, and file-based technologies to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable connectivity throughout the enterprise landscape. Analyze and translate business and application integration needs into technical solutions. Design, develop, and implement integrations using middleware, iPaaS, API management, and event-driven patterns. Build robust connections across ERP, Commerce, OMS, POS, CRM, PIM/PLM, Data, Supply Chain, and other critical business applications. Develop and consume REST, SOAP, and OData APIs, alongside event and message-based integrations. Configure data mappings, transformations, orchestration, routing, and business rules. Implement EDI/B2B integrations with external partners and design/support file-based and batch integrations. Ensure robust integration security, authentication, and connectivity protocols. Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, alerting, and error handling processes. Develop reusable integration assets adhering to enterprise architecture standards. Create detailed interface specifications, mapping documents, and technical documentation. Support the full lifecycle from unit testing through hypercare, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex challenges and provide expert integration consulting.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise application integration, middleware development, or integration consulting is required. Demonstrated hands-on experience with integration platforms such as SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or Informatica. Strong expertise in REST, SOAP, APIs, JSON, XML, messaging, and data transformation techniques. Familiarity with event-driven, asynchronous, and microservices-based integration patterns. Knowledge of EDI/B2B standards like ANSI X12 or EDIFACT is preferred. Experience integrating ERP applications with cloud, SaaS, and third-party systems is essential. SAP integration experience is a plus. Understanding of API management, security, monitoring, and operational support is crucial. Experience with Commerce, OMS, POS, CRM, PIM, Supply Chain, or Data platform integrations is advantageous. Experience within the Retail, Consumer Products, Fashion, or Omnichannel transformation sectors is beneficial.
