This role focuses on Guidewire Policy Center Support, demanding technical expertise and a proactive approach to application maintenance and enhancement.

We are looking for professionals with 6 to 8 years of experience in Guidewire Claim Center Support and Maintenance.

Key responsibilities include providing expert support for Guidewire Claim Center, managing application maintenance, and driving enhancements. You will be involved in conducting thorough testing, managing deployments, performing root cause analysis, and implementing defect fixes.

This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including India and UK time zones, and on-call support on a rostered basis. You will also be responsible for managing Guidewire integrations and ensuring seamless data flow.

Success in this role requires a Guidewire version 9 technical/functional certification and proficiency in development streams (Integration/Configuration). A strong understanding of the Guidewire platform, including Gosu scripting and data models, is essential.

Candidates must be skilled in integrating external systems using supported Guidewire techniques, message queues, batch jobs, and event-driven architecture. Proficiency in RESTful and SOAP web services, along with experience in Java/J2EE, is crucial. Familiarity with middleware platforms like MuleSoft and cloud integration services is advantageous.

Additional requirements include experience with production support activities, tools like ServiceNow and JIRA, and a solid understanding of service management, change management, SLAs, and the SDLC lifecycle. Experience in incident and problem management, along with working in shifts and on-call support, is expected.
