Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for Guidewire Billing Centre.

Participate in rotational shifts, including India and UK shifts, and be available for on-call support.

Engage in maintenance, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment activities.

Manage Guidewire CC configuration and integration, alongside designing, modifying, and implementing the Guidewire product suite.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Guidewire framework, implementation, architecture, and components.

Possess experience with Guidewire Claim Center version 9.0 or higher, and be proficient in configuration/integration development streams.

Showcase strong knowledge of the Guidewire platform, including Gosu scripting, UI, and data models, with experience in implementing rules and metadata configuration.

Have experience integrating with external systems using Guidewire's supported techniques, alongside working knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and enterprise messaging systems.

Familiarity with Tomcat, Websphere, or WebLogic is essential, along with real-time experience in enterprise system integration, preferably within the insurance domain (Property & Casualty).

Possess excellent business communication and leadership skills, prior client-facing experience, and proficiency with tools like Service-now, JIRA, SOAP UI, Eclipse IDE, SVN, and Jenkins. Understanding of service and change management, SLAs, and estimation tools is also required, as is experience with incident and problem management.
