This role focuses on Guidewire Billing Centre Support and Maintenance for experienced professionals (8-11 years). It requires flexibility for rotational shifts and on-call support.

Key responsibilities include supporting and maintaining the Guidewire Billing Centre, managing configurations and integrations. You will be involved in the design, modification, and implementation of the Guidewire product suite. The role demands participation in maintenance, support, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment activities.

Essential skills include a deep understanding of the Guidewire framework, architecture, and components, with specific experience in Guidewire Claim Center 9.0+. Proficiency in configuration and integration streams, along with strong knowledge of the Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting, UI, Data Model) is required. Experience with Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, messaging systems, Tomcat, and/or WebSphere/WebLogic is crucial.

Prior experience in enterprise system integration, preferably within the insurance domain (Property & Casualty), is highly valued. You should also possess knowledge of software development best practices, excellent business and leadership communication skills, and client-facing experience. Familiarity with tools like Service-now, JIRA, and Eclipse IDE is expected, as is an understanding of service and change management, SLAs, and estimation tools. Experience with incident and problem management is also necessary.
