As an Instructional Designer Senior Associate, you will support the creation of impactful learning programs and materials. This role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to quality standards, and continuous improvement in learning design and development.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including content owners and Subject Matter Reviewers, to ensure learning solutions meet EY's high standards. The position is ideal for a driven professional ready to contribute to a better working world through innovative learning experiences.

Design individual learning modules and comprehensive blended learning programs aligned with EY quality standards and processes. Develop clear learning objectives and apply effective learning strategies to create engaging materials. Create detailed learning documents such as storyboards and trainer/participant decks for both physical and virtual classroom settings.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Reviewers (SMRs) for technical reviews and feedback, ensuring content accuracy and flow. Utilize rapid authoring tools like Storyline and Articulate Rise for interactive module creation. Employ AI tools, including Copilot, to enhance learning design, generate infographics, first drafts of videos, and wireframes for simulations.

Maintain strong relationships with content owners, SMRs, and deployment teams. Conduct quality assurance checks and revise design documents based on feedback. Support project managers with deliverable planning and effort estimation. Ensure all learning deliverables strictly adhere to EY's design and quality standards for written materials.

This role requires 3 to 6 years of dedicated experience in designing courses and various learning items. You should possess proven experience in developing effective learning solutions across different modalities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and rapid authoring tools is essential. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business customers or clients is a key requirement. Furthermore, you must demonstrate the capacity to perform effectively in fast-paced, demanding environments while consistently delivering results.
