Embark on a rewarding contract role as an Instructional Designer with EY's Global Learning Talent Services. You'll contribute to designing impactful learning items and comprehensive blended learning programs.

This position emphasizes adherence to global quality standards and processes, utilizing approved templates and tools. Collaboration with fellow designers and learning professionals is key to enhancing the speed, efficiency, and quality of our learning solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with subject matter experts, reviewers, and project stakeholders will be central to your success.

In this role, you will actively engage in Skills Needs Analysis to inform learning solution design and draft clear learning objectives that meet EY's high standards. You'll apply effective learning strategies to create compelling materials and assist in developing Learning Solution Plans.

Key duties include crafting detailed learning documents such as storyboards and trainer/participant decks for various classroom formats. You will maintain collaborative relationships with Subject Matter Reviewers (SMRs), graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective learning outcomes. A significant part of your responsibility will involve reviewing all learning deliverables for accuracy, flow, and quality, while independently liaising with SMRs for technical reviews and incorporating feedback to refine design documents.

This position requires 3 to 6 years of dedicated experience in designing courses and learning materials, with a proven track record in creating effective learning solutions for eLearning, physical, and virtual classrooms. Essential technical skills include storyboarding courses and simulations using Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline 360, MS Word, PowerPoint, and whiteboarding applications like Miro or Mural.

Additional experience in storyboarding for videos and iPDFs/Flipbooks is advantageous. You should also possess experience in writing assessments aligned with learning objectives and applying accessibility standards, providing clear direction to address any identified gaps. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent English communication, and a customer-service mindset are vital for collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
