Lead the design of individual learning modules and comprehensive blended learning programs, aligning with specific service lines, functions, or the All EY portfolio. Ensure adherence to established design quality standards, processes, and approved templates.

Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, content owners, and learning consultants to define learning needs and develop effective solutions. Write clear performance objectives, design specifications, and innovative instructional materials, including eLearning content, scripts, and guides. Conduct thorough quality assurance checks and revise designs based on feedback and pilot results.

Drive continuous improvement in design and development speed, efficiency, and quality by sharing best practices. Assist in managing change initiatives and contribute to the overall success of EY's global learning strategy. You will also be involved in piloting programs and making necessary adjustments.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in course and learning item design, ideally within a global context. Proven expertise in designing effective eLearning, facilitator guides, online simulations, and multimedia content is essential.

Demonstrated ability to create accessible eLearning, proficiency with web applications, and experience with learning management systems are highly valued. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration and stakeholder management. Experience with Microsoft Office tools and managing projects in fast-paced, global environments is expected.
