Develop engaging learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise, translating complex business processes and SME input into structured courses, learner instructions, and job aids. Ensure content quality through version control, SCORM packaging, and LMS testing. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training materials for enterprise software, including SAP or comparable systems.

Responsibilities may extend to creating training for SAP SuccessFactors or other HR applications. Experience with SAP Enable Now, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia is beneficial. The role involves delivering content against strict go-live milestones and preparing train-the-trainer materials. Proficiency in Spanish or Malay is a plus for reviewing localized content.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated instructional design experience is required, with hands-on proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise. Demonstrated experience in creating training for enterprise software implementations, ideally SAP or similar ERP/HR systems, is essential. Candidates must possess strong skills in PowerPoint and Word, coupled with a solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

Experience in content review, version control, and quality assurance, including SCORM packaging and LMS testing, is necessary. While not strictly required, experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR applications, along with familiarity with tools like SAP Enable Now, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia, will be advantageous. The ability to work Monday-Friday with flexibility for time zone overlap is expected.
