The position is permanent and reports to the Global Insights Strategy and Execution leader.

Key responsibilities include assisting Insights leadership in implementing strategic initiatives, driving transformational changes, and devising global insights activation campaigns. You will collaborate with Operations for efficient budget and resource management, work with Technology and Enablement to leverage evolving technologies like AI for innovation, and champion Insights across cross-functional teams and at Super Region levels. Your role will ensure data-driven insights are central to client experiences and sales strategies.

- Collaborate with Operations (Core and Strategic) for budget, resource, and performance management. - Team with Clients & Industries pillars and Super Regions to represent Insights. - Connect in cross C&I Industry initiatives to embed insights into client delivery.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a proven track record in insights strategy, research, or a related field, possessing a strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics. You must demonstrate the ability to execute across the organization through effective stakeholder engagement and possess strong conceptual problem-solving skills with adaptability.

A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent qualification is required, along with 8+ years of experience within EY or a Global Professional Services firm. Flexibility to work extended hours is necessary due to client needs and varying time zones.
