As the Insights Scaling Lead, you will spearhead the development of actionable insights for regional strategy, operations, and go-to-market geos. Your focus will span across solutions, sales plays, lead generation, pipeline development, and business consumption. You are expected to be data-driven, possess strong analytical skills, and the autonomy to formulate and validate business hypotheses.

Showcase thought leadership by delivering executive-ready insights and frameworks. Identify new analytical avenues, collaborating closely with Commercial Strategy and Operations, Practice, or Geo leads within the sales and go-to-market organization. Thrive in ambiguous environments, leveraging your business acumen, cloud knowledge, and analytical capabilities to prioritize sales activities and drive tangible impact with field sellers.

- Provide data-driven support to regional leadership teams for prioritizing and targeting sales initiatives, assessing market opportunity and Google's competitive advantage. - Develop and implement robust measurement frameworks to pinpoint high and low performance areas and quantify the ROI of specific initiatives. - Identify, analyze, and disseminate executive-level insights to support the Practice Organization and key business partners through ad-hoc requests and regular reporting cadences (forecasts, QBRs) focused on pipeline performance. - Drive scalable execution by delivering practical and industrialized insights and dashboards on sales play and practice execution across all organizational levels, down to the individual sales representative. - Contribute to global thought leadership concerning business health, performance metrics, dashboard design, and scaled insights tooling.
