You will ensure the accuracy, compliance, and reusability of data, research outputs, and insight assets. Your contributions will directly influence category, brand, innovation, experience, and activation strategies, helping to build a more sustainable and inclusive world through technology.
Oversee consumer typology, demand-space analysis, validation, and application.
Lead consumer and shopper journey analysis, identifying behavioral drivers and unmet needs.
Manage the delivery of qualitative, quantitative, secondary, and usability research.
Execute consumer tracker studies, brand-equity diagnostics, and launch performance analysis.
Generate shopper behavior, channel performance, point-of-sale, and activation insights.
Conduct trend monitoring, scenario analysis, foresight, and whitespace discovery.
Ensure data preparation, tagging, classification, quality checks, and dashboard reporting are accurate and efficient.
Develop and govern insight repositories, templates, toolkits, and playbooks.
Coordinate research suppliers, monitor fieldwork quality, track budgets, and control delivery.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field is required. A postgraduate qualification is preferred.
We are seeking candidates with 7-9 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Shopper Insights, Market Research, Behavioral Analytics, Brand Tracking, Data, or Consulting.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage insight or research workstreams and coordinate analysts, data teams, or research suppliers is essential.
Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis, questionnaire development, research interpretation, and insight storytelling is a must.
Experience with consumer segmentation, typologies, journeys, brand health, shopper data, or foresight is highly desirable.
Familiarity with global, multi-market, or regulated consumer environments is preferred; tobacco or NGP experience is a plus.
