The Enterprise Technology department, specifically Program Execution, is pivotal in managing projects and programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business needs and global stakeholder expectations.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of global projects, managing multiple complex plans, objectives, and change initiatives. Review project plans, technical roadmaps, and risks, providing recommendations to senior leadership. Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and Statement of Work (SOW) agreements. Monitor and report against key performance targets, manage vendor agreements, and promote best practices and new technologies. Drive quality initiatives and focus on talent development to achieve delivery excellence.

Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering transformation projects globally. Exhibit the ability to challenge project demand and ensure its appropriateness. Lead and motivate diverse, globally distributed teams. Provide impactful thought leadership in evolving project management practices.
