Join our expanding Corporate Infrastructure Services team as a top-tier Infrastructure Deployment Engineer. This role focuses on installing and configuring infrastructure hardware, ensuring network connectivity for diverse delivery projects, primarily within corporate office settings. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, guided by Technical Program Managers, to ensure seamless project execution.

We seek a candidate who excels in autonomous work, possesses meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrates strong communication skills. Experience supporting and deploying enterprise-class networks at scale is crucial, along with a proven track record in infrastructure hardware, software, and connectivity installation and troubleshooting. Refine operational procedures using established best practices and develop new tooling. Proactively and innovatively contribute to infrastructure deployment strategies. Drive and deliver infrastructure service installations with a high degree of autonomy and minimal supervision. Assist in the development of innovative approaches to automate and scale infrastructure deployments as the organization grows.

A minimum of 2 years in network engineering and large-scale network deployments within a corporate environment is required, including hands-on experience with physical infrastructure installation, hardware integration, racking, and cabling. Additionally, 3+ years of experience in physical layer technologies and network administration is necessary. Proficiency in at least one infrastructure tech domain, such as networking, storage, servers, or OS platforms (Windows/Linux), is essential. Experience working in a 24/7 production environment is also required. A Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent experience, possibly supplemented by certifications like CCNA or JNCIA, is expected. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls, and experience managing data and telecom carriers for network circuit procurement and activation.
