You will serve as the primary liaison for users and clients, adeptly diagnosing issues and implementing effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms. The core objective is to ensure unwavering service stability and maintain a high standard of quality support.

In this role, you will be expected to perform independently and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME), actively contributing to team discussions and problem-solving initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to enhancing support processes and system reliability. Responsibilities include documenting and escalating complex issues, monitoring system performance for proactive risk identification, and supporting junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.

A strong foundation in Microsoft Windows Server Administration is essential. Candidates should possess experience managing and troubleshooting server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. A solid understanding of network protocols and infrastructure components within Windows Server ecosystems is required. The ability to swiftly diagnose and resolve operating system, application, and hardware issues is critical. Familiarity with monitoring tools, incident management systems, and maintaining server security standards, including patch management, is also necessary. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration and 15 years of full-time education are mandatory.
