As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will deliver essential first and second-level technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications. This involves working in both production and development environments, providing support remotely and onsite. You'll be the main point of contact for users, diagnosing issues accurately and implementing effective resolutions across various platforms to ensure service stability and quality.

Your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of IT services. Daily activities will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting challenges, and collaborating with different teams to ensure the overall reliability and effectiveness of our technology stack.
