As an Infra Ops Program Manager, you will be instrumental in transforming operational excellence and driving strategic efficiency. This involves crafting comprehensive financial strategies, managing critical operational metrics, and ensuring infrastructure programs operate with precision.
Key responsibilities include leading financial planning and cost-saving initiatives, developing dashboards for site status and performance tracking, and coordinating key performance indicators. You will also serve as the point of contact for audits, manage infrastructure site deployments, and create detailed documentation and presentations to translate complex data into actionable insights.
We are seeking a detail-oriented program management professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams, and 3 years in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
A Bachelor's degree is required, along with proven experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data for improvements. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership, 3+ years driving process improvements, stakeholder management experience, and proficiency in advanced Excel and SQL. A Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing is also a plus.
