Leverage your extensive experience, ideally 10+ years, in automotive cockpit technologies. You will be instrumental in defining end-to-end solutions, from HMI design to complex platform integrations. This is a chance to contribute to groundbreaking advancements in the automotive industry.
Architect and engineer comprehensive digital cockpit solutions, including Digital Instrument Clusters, Infotainment Systems (IVI), and integrated platforms. Drive the integration of middleware, operating systems, and connected services, collaborating closely with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to automotive quality and safety standards. Lead architecture reviews, technology selections, and support customer engagements with innovative solution consulting.
Contribute to roadmap planning for future cockpit innovations and software-defined vehicle initiatives. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and perform architecture assessments. Your insights will be crucial in driving the success of our SDV programs and maintaining high standards in software development methodologies.
A deep understanding of automotive cockpit systems is essential, with strong experience in Digital Instrument Clusters, Infotainment Systems (IVI), Integrated Cockpit Platforms, and Android Automotive OS (AAOS). Proficiency in automotive communication protocols like CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, SOME/IP, and DoIP is required. Familiarity with middleware frameworks such as AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive Platform and SOA is crucial.
Hands-on expertise with C++ on Linux-based systems and Java for Android Automotive OS is necessary. Experience with HMI development using Qt/QML and Android UI Frameworks is vital, alongside a strong grasp of automotive UX/UI design principles and multi-screen cockpit architectures. Knowledge of cloud and connected vehicle technologies, including OTA updates and vehicle-to-cloud communication, is highly valued.
