Seeking a skilled Infor LN Administrator to manage and optimize our Infor LN environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and performance of our system, supporting critical business functions.

This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of Infor LN administration, including user management, security protocols, system monitoring, and troubleshooting. You will be the go-to person for maintaining system integrity and resolving technical challenges.

Key responsibilities include creating and managing user profiles, sessions, and database accounts, ensuring appropriate role-based security and access permissions are assigned. You will also integrate user management via Infor OS or Ming.le, and diligently monitor system performance, executing tuning for optimal efficiency.

Further duties involve scheduling routine background jobs, data updates, and table reorganizations. The role also entails reviewing system logs, tracking disk space, managing backup/recovery schedules, and resolving application errors or user-reported bugs. You will liaise with Infor Support for patches and bug fixes, and conduct root cause analysis for system glitches.

A foundational understanding of Infor LN administration is essential for this role. Proficiency in creating and managing user profiles, security settings, and access permissions is a must.

Experience with Infor OS or Ming.le integration is beneficial. Candidates should be adept at system performance monitoring, tuning, and scheduling routine administrative tasks. The ability to troubleshoot application errors, identify data bottlenecks, and perform root cause analysis is critical. Direct experience coordinating with vendor support for technical issues is highly valued.
