Lead requirement gathering workshops and analyze business processes to translate customer needs into effective Infor CSI functional solutions.

Configure and implement Infor CSI modules, covering Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Service, Inventory, Planning, and Finance.

Conduct business process mapping and fit-gap analysis, recommending improvements for optimized efficiency and system utilization.

Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRP), prototype demonstrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure stakeholder alignment.

Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional design documents, process flows, test scripts, and end-user training materials.

Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, extensions, workflows, and data migration activities, ensuring business requirements are met.

Support data migration, master data validation, issue resolution, go-live preparation, and post-implementation support.

Provide domain expertise in manufacturing, contributing to solution design and continuous improvement programs.

Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of the Infor CSI system.

Demonstrated ability in leading requirement gathering workshops and performing business process analysis.

Expertise in configuring and implementing Infor CSI modules across various business functions.

Familiarity with fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and recommending operational improvements.

Experience in facilitating CRP, UAT, and managing stakeholder sign-offs.

Proficiency in developing functional design documents, configuration specifications, and training materials.

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams for integrations and data migration.

Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.

Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
