Join our dynamic team as an IT Associate, focusing on supporting crucial healthcare systems. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the healthcare provider domain, working closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations. You'll contribute to daily issue resolution and system monitoring, playing a key part in maintaining high service levels.

Your primary responsibilities will involve providing L1/L2 application support under senior guidance, monitoring application health, and logging/troubleshooting incidents to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also assist with application testing, upgrades, and patch validation. Contributing to documentation, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation, and knowledge management activities is integral to this role.

We are seeking candidates with a foundational understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital operations and clinical workflows. Essential qualifications include strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. A proactive approach to learning and issue resolution is highly valued. Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management is beneficial.
