As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your understanding of the healthcare provider domain to support critical operations and clinical workflows. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare applications.

This position emphasizes collaboration with clinical and administrative staff, fostering a supportive environment for issue resolution. You'll be instrumental in maintaining application health and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Provide L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems under senior team guidance. Monitor application health, log incidents, and troubleshoot basic issues to meet SLA-driven operations.

Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to address daily operational challenges. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse user groups.

Assist with application testing, upgrades, and patch validation. Contribute to documentation efforts, including SOP creation and knowledge management activities.

A foundational understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, encompassing hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare applications is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities are required.

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with business users, clinical staff, and technical teams. Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management is beneficial.

Ability to support application testing, upgrades, and documentation. A proactive approach to learning and issue resolution is highly valued for this role.
