Support essential IT functions including application testing, managing upgrades and patch validation, developing comprehensive documentation, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your contributions to knowledge management will be invaluable.

A foundational understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital operations, clinical workflows, and relevant applications, is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with physicians, nurses, technicians, administrative staff, business users, and technical teams.

Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive mindset for continuous learning and issue resolution. Basic knowledge of ITIL concepts such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management is beneficial.
