Provide essential L1/L2 application support for vital healthcare systems under senior team supervision. Monitor application performance, accurately log incidents, and troubleshoot basic issues to ensure operational continuity.

Engage effectively with business users, clinical staff, and technical teams, leveraging excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Support critical ITIL processes including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management.

Contribute to application testing, upgrades, and patch validation. Assist in documentation, SOP creation, and knowledge management initiatives to enhance team efficiency and support.

A foundational understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, encompassing hospital operations, clinical workflows, and common healthcare applications is required. The ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to address day-to-day operational issues is essential.

Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, robust problem-solving capabilities, and effective troubleshooting skills. A proactive approach to learning and issue resolution is highly valued.
