This role focuses on supporting healthcare applications within a provider domain. You will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations by assisting physicians, nurses, and administrative staff with application-related issues. A proactive approach to learning and resolving challenges is key.

Provide L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems under senior guidance. Monitor application health, log incidents, and troubleshoot basic issues to meet service level agreements. Assist with application testing, upgrades, patch validation, and documentation.

Contribute to SOP creation and knowledge management activities. Effectively communicate and collaborate with business users, clinical staff, and technical teams to ensure seamless application performance.

A foundational understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare applications is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as Incident, Request, and Change Management is beneficial.
