An opportunity exists for an Information Technology Senior Associate to contribute to our healthcare technology initiatives. This role focuses on supporting critical healthcare applications and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

We are seeking an individual who can effectively liaise with medical professionals and administrative staff, offering essential support for operational needs. A proactive approach to learning and resolving issues is key to success in this position.

Provide L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems under senior guidance. Monitor application health, log incidents, and troubleshoot basic issues to meet service level agreements. Support application testing, upgrades, and patch validation.

Assist in the creation of documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge management activities. Collaborate with business users, clinical staff, and technical teams to ensure seamless application performance.

Possess a foundational understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital operations and clinical workflows. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities. Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management is beneficial.

Exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders. A willingness to learn and support application operations is essential for this role.
