Provide L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems, working closely with senior team members.

Monitor application health, accurately log incidents, and perform initial troubleshooting.

Support day-to-day operational issues by interacting effectively with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.

Assist with application testing, upgrades, patch validation, and documentation.

Contribute to SOP creation and knowledge management activities.

Possess a basic understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital operations and clinical workflows.

Exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with business users, clinical staff, and technical teams.

Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive learning approach.

Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management is beneficial.
