This role involves providing essential support within the Information Technology domain, with a specific focus on the Healthcare Provider sector. You will contribute to the smooth operation of hospital environments by assisting with clinical workflows and healthcare applications.

The position requires interaction with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff, to address daily operational challenges. A proactive approach to learning and resolving issues is key.

Key responsibilities include offering L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems under senior team supervision. This involves monitoring application health, accurately logging incidents, and performing initial troubleshooting to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

You will also participate in application testing, upgrades, and patch validation. Additionally, the role encompasses supporting the creation of documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge management initiatives.

A foundational understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, encompassing hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare applications is expected. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities are crucial, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business users, clinical staff, and technical teams.

Familiarity with basic ITIL concepts, such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management, is beneficial. The ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to evolving support needs is also important.
