As an IT Senior Associate, you will provide essential L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems under senior guidance. Your duties will include monitoring application health, logging incidents, troubleshooting basic issues, and supporting SLA-driven operations. You will also assist with application testing, upgrades, patch validation, documentation, SOP creation, and knowledge management activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

We are seeking candidates with a basic understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital operations and clinical workflows. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are essential, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with business users and technical teams. A foundational knowledge of ITIL concepts is beneficial. While prior experience is not strictly required, a proactive approach to learning and issue resolution is highly valued.
