Provide L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems under senior team guidance. Monitor application health, log incidents, and troubleshoot basic issues to meet SLA-driven operations. Support application testing, upgrades, patch validation, and documentation efforts. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to knowledge management activities.

Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to resolve day-to-day operational challenges. Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively address and resolve issues, demonstrating a keen willingness to learn and adapt.

A foundational understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare applications, is essential. Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and effective troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact smoothly with business users, clinical staff, and technical teams.

Familiarity with ITIL concepts, such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management, is beneficial. This role is open to freshers and requires a willingness to provide application support and contribute to the team's success.
