Assist with application testing, upgrades, and patch validation. Develop and maintain documentation, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and contribute to knowledge management efforts.

Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to resolve daily operational challenges. Engage with business users, clinical teams, and technical staff to ensure seamless IT support.

A foundational understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare applications is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are required, coupled with a proactive learning attitude. Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management is beneficial.
